Directions for use

Mix 1 Scoop (15.9 g) into 300 - 600 ml of water. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.

Storage

Replace the lid immediately after use. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Do not use a wet spoon or scoop as this may result in clumping. 

It is recommended to consume within 60 days of opening.

Why the change?

Ascend has been a part of our Urban Muscle to UM Sports Re-brand, with the intent to create a fresher, new and relevant look to all our products.

Has the formula changed?

The formula is still the same as our In-cel formula, with the addition of some natural sweeteners. Don't worry, Ascend pre-workout went through some rigorous flavour testing to ensure it tastes just as good (if not better) than In-cel.

Has anything else changed?

The only major change is the additional launch of our Ascend Pre-Workout stim version plus the introduction of new flavours. We actually formulated this to stack well with Ascend Non-Stim Pre-workout, so highly recommend giving this a try!
