HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?
UM Sports aim to have all orders received before 10am (AEST) Monday-Friday shipped that same day. Please note there may be a longer delay during sale periods, orders received on weekends, or delivery to remote locations.
For standard shipping - All orders should arrive between 3 - 14 working days.
For express shipping - All orders should arrive between 2 - 5 working days.
We use AusPost for all deliveries, including standard and express post.
If your order is bulky (5kg or more): Please allow additional time for these goods to be delivered.
If you have left custom delivery instructions: UM Sports is not liable for any loss that may occur from custom delivery instructions.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment of your order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us and we will get this fixed up. Make sure you check your spam folder too.HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Standard Shipping ($100 - $200) - $10.00
Express Shipping ($100 - $200) - $15.00

Yes! We do, although additional international shipping costs may occur.
