UM Platinum Review Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Promotion Overview

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries and announced on December 22.
• Leaving a review between December 1 - December 22 provides your consent to be contacted via UM or other participating retailers.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address linked to their most recent eligible order.

Eligibility

• Entrants must have purchased a UM product directly from um-sports.com or supplementscentral.com.au within the last 30 days from the date of entry.
• Entrants must be individuals aged 18+ and a customer placing the order in their own name.
• Orders placed via third-party marketplaces or resellers are not eligible.

How to Enter

• To qualify, entrants must submit at least one product review for any UM product.
• Valid reviews must be posted on um-sports.com or supplementscentral.com.au.
• Each genuine review on a UM product relating to an eligible purchase counts as one (1) entry.
• A maximum of one (1) eligible review per product, per customer, will be counted during the promotion period.

Review Guidelines & Fair Use

• Reviews must be based on a genuine product experience and comply with the site’s review guidelines.
• Reviews that are offensive, irrelevant, duplicated, generated by bots, or clearly created for the sole purpose of exploiting this promotion may be rejected at UM’s sole discretion.
• UM reserves the right to request proof of purchase and to verify the validity of any review or entry.
• UM may disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process, using multiple accounts, or otherwise attempting to abuse the promotion.

Winner Selection & Unclaimed Prize

• The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries on or around December 22.
• The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days of the initial contact.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or if the prize cannot be delivered, the prize will be redrawn and awarded to a new winner.
• UM’s decision regarding the selection of the winner and the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

• The prize details are as advertised in the promotion materials on the website.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
• UM reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

General

• By entering, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to UM’s general website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• UM reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
• Where permitted by law, UM may use the winner’s first name, initial of surname, and review content for promotional purposes (e.g. on the website or social media) without additional compensation.
