I have been using Rampage for 3 months to try and increase my energy levels now that I am 70 years old. It is hard to say how successful this product is in helping me fight getting old but I continue to use it daily - one tablet per day. I just bought another 6 months worth and I continue to monitor myself daily. I do a 90 minute session in the gym 5 days per week and I cannot report that I am lifting heavier weights than before. This however wasn't the aim, I am just trying to lift my energy levels.
