AusFitness Expo Melbourne 2026 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: CATALO Naturals (Australia) Pty Ltd trading as UM Sports

1. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
  • Entrants must complete the official UM Sports giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  • Entrants must be subscribed to receive marketing and promotional email communications from the date of the prize draw to be eligible to win.

2. Giveaway Period

The promotion will commence from 21 March 2026 AEST, and entries will close on 31 March 2026 AEST. Entries outside of this period will not be accepted.

Winners will be drawn from 1 April 2026 AEST until all prizes have been claimed.

3. How to Enter

  • Participants must scan the promotional QR code or access the official entry form.
  • Entrants must submit their name and email address via the entry form.
  • Upon successful submission, entrants will receive a 30% UM Sports discount code via email on the day of entry.
  • Each eligible entry will also be automatically entered into the prize draw.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

4. Discount Code

  • All valid entrants will receive a 30% discount code delivered to the email address used for entry.
  • The code may be subject to expiry dates and store conditions determined by the Promoter.
  • The discount code is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Prize Details

Four (4) winners will be drawn. Each winner may select one (1) prize from the following options:

  • Apple AirPods Pro – approx. value AUD $429
  • Kodak camera with essential accessories – approx. value AUD $400
  • Ninja Slushy Machine with accessories – approx. value AUD $450
  • Voucher bundle including Rebel Sport and Coles/Woolworths vouchers – approx. value AUD $400

Prize values are based on the recommended retail price at the time of publication. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Each giveaway item has been priced equally for prize fairness.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Four winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry.

7. Winner Response and Redraw

  • Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to confirm their selected prize.
  • If a winner does not respond within this timeframe or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be redrawn.
  • Redraws will continue until all four prizes have been successfully claimed.

8. Prize Fulfilment

Prize delivery will be coordinated directly with the winners after confirmation.

The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during shipping or delivery.

9. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
  • If any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
  • The Promoter’s decision in relation to the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Privacy

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information to administer the promotion and send marketing communications from UM Sports. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

11. Liability

Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize. Entrants are responsible for any tax implications associated with accepting a prize.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
