AusFitness Expo 2025 Ultimate Fitness Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Promoter: CATALO Naturals (Australia) Pty Ltd Trading as UM Sports
1. Eligibility
- Entry is open exclusively to attendees of the AusFitness Expo held from 19 September 2025 to 21 September 2025.
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
- Entrants must attend the expo and follow the Promoter’s Instagram account @umsportsau.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible.
2. Giveaway Period
Commences 19 September 2025 and closes 21 September 2025. No entries will be accepted outside of this period.
3. Prize Details
The winner will receive the Ultimate Fitness Giveaway Bundle comprising:
- One (1) Garmin Fenix 8 OR Garmin Forerunner 970 (winner’s choice), valued up to AUD $2,000.
- Ninja Slushi Ultimate Frozen Drink Maker valued at AUD $499.
- Rebel Gift Voucher valued at AUD $250.
- Coles Gift Voucher valued at AUD $100.
- UM Sports Resurrect Tubs (two of each flavour) valued at AUD $240.
- UM Sports Accessories valued at AUD $100.
- UM Sports Apparel (one set) valued up to AUD $150.
Total maximum prize pool value: AUD $3,339.90 (+ P & H). Prize values are RRP and correct at time of publication. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be drawn at random on 30 September 2025 using a random name picker and notified by email within five (5) business days. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 days, or does not meet eligibility requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
5. Prize Fulfilment
The winner will confirm their Garmin model, UM Sports Apparel choice, and provide shipping details. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability and location.
6. Social Media Requirement
Participants must be following the Promoter’s Instagram account at the time of the draw. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and a redraw.
7. General Conditions
- The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify entrants who tamper with the process or fail to comply with these Terms.
- No responsibility is accepted for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
- If the prize (or part of it) is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Privacy
By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information to conduct the Giveaway and for direct marketing (unless opted out). Information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Giveaway.
9. Liability
Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim in connection with the Giveaway or prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications; entrants should seek independent advice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
